DESCRIPTION​

This accelerated bootcamp-style series encourages independence, creativity and continuity. Pastel experience is required as you will need to prepare for painting prior to each class meeting. Presentations on each step of the process are included in Padlet (under Presentations).

 

This class series will run for 3 weeks (vs the usual 4 weeks) on Friday mornings,  9:30 am - noon.

• June 19

• June 26

 

Prior to each class, you will need to prepare for your painting by creating and posting 3-4 items

• your original reference photo ( must be taken by you but no time limit on when)

• if you cropped it, post your cropped version, too (You may want to create a grid on the version you will be using)

• a value study of your composition

• the  underpainting of your choice.
   

NOTE: I recommend that you review the Padlet presentations for each of these topics.

​Sign up for all  three classes for the discounted rate of $135.  You can also sign up for just 1 or 2 classes for $50  each. ​​​​​​

​​​Fill out the form and write "All sessions" in the message field or list the specific dates you want to take. It is recommended that you take both Weeks 1 and 2 together.  Once class registration meets the minimum number of registrants, you will be notified.   A class link to Zoom and Padlet will be sent to all students who have paid.​​​
